In speed skating, the Polish women finished outside the podium: Natalia Czerwonka was 15th in the 1000 m and Karolina Bosiek was 22nd, while the men have not yet achieved any significant success. Unfortunately, despite solid performances, Poland did not win any medals in these disciplines. Today, February 10, the Poles are competing in short track: the women's 500 m qualifiers with Gabriela Topolska and Natalia Maliszewska, the men's 1000 m and the mixed relay with Michał Niewiński and Felix Pigeon. Polish figure skaters finished the team competition at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina in 10th place, with 6 points after the performances of the male and female soloists and pairs. All competitors – including Ekaterina Kurakova (9th place), Vladimir Samoilov (9th), Julia Szczecinina and Michał Woźniak (8th), and Sofija Dowhal and Wiktor Kulesza (10th) – improved their season or personal bests, although they did not advance to the medal round.
