The administrator of personal data of the website www.broyx.pl/en (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is Alterson Polska Sp. z o.o., address: ul. Purpose of collecting personal data

Providing data is voluntary, but in some cases it is necessary to use the functionality of the Website. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

personalization of the Service,

communication with the user via the contact form, e-mail, chat, etc.)

operation of the product rating system,

Only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the Service services are collected.

The User of the Service has the right to: access the content of their personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it, object to the processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

A notification about the User's request for the authorization resulting from the above rights should be sent to contact@broyx.com.

The Administrator fulfills or, in a justified case, informs about the refusal to fulfill the request immediately - no later than within one month of receiving the request.

The User has the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they consider that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).

The Service may collect information by leaving cookies - session, permanent and external entities.

Collecting cookies allows the Service to function properly and is used for statistical purposes.

The User can specify the scope of access of cookies to their device in the browser settings.

Automated decision-making and profiling

User data may be profiled in order to adapt the content and personalize the offer after they have expressed their consent. They cannot be processed in an automated manner so that decisions can be made regarding Users as a result of such processing.

Final provisions

The Administrator has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy.

Information about the changes introduced will appear in the form of a message available on the Website.

In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Personal data collected via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.
